Shine Drink - snake oil?

I can’t post a photo of the label, but: https://shinedrink.com/ Besides the B group vitamins (which I know the benefits of) it has L-theanine, deionised apple juice, caffeine from GREEN coffee, ginko biloba extract. Is this all just snake oil or have these sources of energy (or marketing) somehow better than a cup of coffee or whatnot?

It actually looks pretty good. If it were snake oil then they’d slap “proprietary blend” on it somewhere. Idk what ginko does or what the measurement for the B12 is, but it looks like a nice energy drink. B vitamins have solid evidence that even alone they can boost energy. And it isn’t filled the the brim with caffeine. I’m livid by how well accepted one drink with 300 mg of caffeine is nowadays. Although the term “nootropics” is fairly new in the market and anything new in the health and fitness industry needs to be heavily investigated and taken with a grain of salt.
