The good thing is, you’ll never wake up and be the old you again overnight; it takes time, which means you have time to regain your footing and stop it. Now is the time!

I’ve definitely been in the same boat as you and felt like I was spiraling. What helped me was to take just one small step. Maybe that one step is intermittent fasting for one day, maybe that one step is simply counting your calories and seeing how much you’re eating for 1 day, maybe that small step is just going out for 30 minute walk. Just do something, anything, and once you do that one thing, start to build on it. You CAN get back to where you want to be.

I went back to drinking beer and eating out a lot after new years. Started back up fresh this Monday. I went and bought some new groceries, salad stuff n veggies. Focused back on school after work. Staying busy helps a lot and getting a schedule going.
