How do you keep yourself from falling off the wagon?!?

I’ve been trying to water fast on and off for the past month but I can only go successfully for 2 days before I fall off and eat pizza or something. I’m trying to lose weight, currently I sit at 175lbs, 5’4, age 25 and 2 years ago I successfully completed a two week water fast where I lost and was able to keep off the weight for the entirety of the 2 years. I remained at a comfortable 145. Then I got into a new relationship and the pounds packed on in just 3 months ( I know because of some drs checkups that I’d done). Anyway, I need tips and I apologize if this is formatted incorrectly. I’m mostly a lurker here and am pretty new to this sub. Thanks I’m advance!

Multi-week fasts are very hard for most people. I know you saw big results from one in the past, so that may seem like the way to go, but have tried shorter intermittent fasting? With OMAD or alternate day fasting, having some pizza every two days would be fine, and lots of people lose and maintain weight loss this way.

You probably shouldn’t eat an entire pizza for your OMAD. But normal servings would be fine. You don’t need to fast for weeks on end to see results.
