How or why is a hard dry fast better than a soft dry fast?
Does kissing one’s SO turn the hard dry fast into a soft dry fast? How about getting licked on the face by one’s pet?
I think once you experienced first hand a soft and a dry fast, you’ll understand why obsessing over something trivial makes no sense. Be courteous when fasting, stay hygienic if you’ll be around ppl. And have an open mind to other modalities that can holistically heal such as psychedelics, digestifs, and ayuverdic philosophy.
