Something doesn't add up, can an expert in calories help?

BMR calculation says 1-3 times of 15-30 mins exercise would make a day calorie deficit of 300.
7 (number of weekdays) x 300 = 2100 (weekly calorie deficit)
That means just a 30 minutes exercise, for convenience sake let’s keep 3 times a day (Ignore 1-3 in BMR because that would produce an even greater difference) should burn 2100 calories.

30 minutes x 3 times a week = 1 hour 30 minutes = 2100 calories

1 hour = 1400 calories. (seems unrealistic) (If we considered exercise one day that would be 30 minutes and 2100 calories, that’s insane)

But other exercise calculators I have seen say that 1 hour of hard exercise can not burn more than 400 calories.

For example, the calculator in the image says 1-hour fast walk = 265 calories.

So here we have,

BMR calculator = 1 hour = 1400 calories

Exercise calculator = 1 hour = 265 calories.

Which one is right?

For reference, I’m on day 5 of 15 days-long water fast. Started at a little over 73 kg, Right now, I’m at a little under 70 kg. (Age 20, female)

My resting BMR is 1700 calories.

If I can burn 2500 calories by walking 1 hour a day every day I would be very happy (That’s what BMR calculator says)

6-7 days of elevated heart exercise for 45 -120 minutes = 2500 calories.

But other sources insist that I’ll burn way lower calories.

Which one is right?

How much can I expect to lose in a week if I incorporate 30 mins of very fast walk every day along water fast?
How much can I expect to lose in a week if I incorporate 60 mins of very fast walk every day along water fast?

If someone can answer these questions or give a rough estimate, I’ll be grateful.

Actually, I struggle with expectations. If I don’t set unrealistic expectations and my weight doesn’t go down as much as I intended, the blow would hit me harder than your average person. So it’s important for me to know.

Answer

I seem to recall it taking about twenty minutes of exercise to burn off the calories in one slice of bread, although of course everybody is different, breads are different in many ways and the calories listed don’t take into account heat generated loss.

However, it’s far harder to lose weight with exercise because you lose far fewer calories than you are led to believe.

Diet is far more important for weight maintenance, although exercise in moderation has many other health benefits.

Answer

300×7 = 2100

Then why are you saying 300 x 3 (as 90 minutes) = 2100?

30 min of exercise could burn 300 cals reasonably, all depends on intensity and the weight of the person doing it. But not 1400, no, that’s not going to happen.
