I’ve been on a 16:8 fast for a few weeks now. It’s been going great and i’m happy with the results. That being said, if I were to try an extended fast maybe like 48 hours to start with. Am I able to take my protein power mixed with water or will that break the fast? I do also take creatine. I suppose my worries about fasting for extended periods is the impact it will have on my gym gains. I am trying to lose weight but also keep my protein up.

Protein powder will 100% break the fast, no way around it. Let your body rebuild itself. Fasting is about going without and letting your body use what it already has.
Creatine should be fine, but stay hydrated with electrolytes and good luck with the diarrhea.
