Thank you all for the tips, the results are wild.

Intermittent schedules never worked for me, I work 14-16 hour shifts at a hospital and I am always moving around, couldn’t find my rhythm, but then one day, I just prepped, lowered my blood sugar, and went 7 days, I ate, and then started again, I am supplimenting with LMNT, mag, and multivitamins and introducing small amounts of heavy cream in coffee for calories that will allow me to stay in ketosis. I went from 181 to 169 in about 8 days, feeling great, eating tonight, picking back up tomorrow. GW 155, gonna get back at it and then find an eating schedule that works for me after GW is achieved, any advice or experience is appreciated, I work in medicine so by all means bring on the science, thanks everyone.

Great job! I’m sure you already know this, but it’s nearly impossible for you to have lost 12 pounds in 8 days, especially at your SW. I’d estimate that ~7 of those pounds are water weight.

Please don’t be discouraged if your progress stalls and subsequently slows. You’re likely only restricting enough to burn 0.7-0.9 calories per day (and only then because you’re moving around so much at work).

Also, rolling 7 day fasts are intense! If that’s something you can stick with, power to you! If not, I highly recommend rolling 48s and rolling 72s. These take far less willpower and you still drop weight at a tremendous rate.
