I started IF 2 months ago , I stick to a 16:8 fasting window and I have noticed a reduction in muscle mass (especially in my glutes) My eating habits & diet have remained the same so I am confused to why this could be happening? Appreciate your feedback, thanks!đxx
Generally I follow a iifym approach and get result when I stick to it. Sad reality is that we have a lot less muscle than we think we do. Check out natty competition winners and see just how much is really there. Unless youâre a male at 10% bf, youâll notice youâre losing a lot of âmuscleâ as you lose weight/bloating from fat/carbs/salts.
