Most people get A in the pro-vitamin beta carotene form from plants, which doesn’t accumulate like retinol. You don’t have to worry about it, basically. This looks like a scam. Without retinol supplements or consuming vast amounts of liver or chugging cod liver oil, it’s basically not going to happen.
