I’m ready to get down to a healthy weight!
I started last month but I got sick and couldn’t really stick with it while being sick. but now I’m ready to start over!
I’m 1.67m and 86kg my goal weight will be 70 and my ideal weight would be 67

Yes you can! The cool part about IF is there really isn’t a “wagon”. Unless you wake up purposefully in the middle of the night to snack, then you’re already doing intermittent fasting! Now it’s just a matter of lengthening your fasting window long enough to see some weight loss results. :)
