I want to do a 3 day starting tomorrow.. Iβm down 20 lbs for doing OMAD.. DRY FASTING AND WATER FASTING.. maybe more bc ive slowed down but If I do this 3 day fast Iβd be at the same weight or less as I was last yr! So Iβm motivated and excited.

I use an app called fastic. Itβs crazy but it has me addicted. It has a clock that tells you the different types of fast but I do 23/1 one meal a day and thatβs helping me not give up Im like 700 hrs in

I intend to start my round 2 fractioned dry fast on Tuesday but you should be almost done by then.
Do you think it is easier to do a longer dry fast than intermittant, or is it the health benefits you want too?
So my fast is a soft one.. itβs funny but I weighed my self .. took a shower and was .4lbs more smhhh πAnyway
