Hello everyone!
I’m sure this question has been asked before but I want to make sure I can do this to a point where I can still be safe and healthy. I am starting my 10 day water fast tomorrow and I was curious if I can still go running for about 30-45 minutes a day if I am keeping myself hydrated. Is it safe to do? I want to see how much weight I can put off in 10 days.
Yes, it’s fine.
However, steady-state cardio is the weakest of exercise plans to lose fat. Weight training or high intensity interval cardio would work far better (and yes those are fine while fasting too).
