I’m interested in doing the spam and pickle diet for the sake of maintaining (mostly) linear progress in my diet but I’m concerned about water retention. The suggestions I’ve heard regarding it involve consuming up to 3,000 mg of sodium which, coupled with snake juice, seems like enough to cause noticeable gains on the scale.
Anybody have experience with this?
I myself can hold 10 pounds of excess water. I have sweat it all out before and weighed before and after. I saw a video of a Chinese guy sweating off 20 pounds in one day. Point is most people hold a ton of excess water.
