No hunger, have to remind myself to eat, feel energetic, no lull, no brainfog, notice pants getting looser, feeling great, not obsessing about food/next refeed
I was planning to do 72s and weekend OMAD but I think taking the edge off the hunger really helps from over-eating during refeeds.
I only ate 2.5 of the tiny refeeds yesterday, if I had to estimate, maybe around a 1,000 calorie deficit for the day
I don’t quite understand and need some assistance. 1. So, I start my fast. Then during it if I get hungry, eat 1 of the servings and keep on fasting. When/if I get hungry again, have another serving?
