I don’t quite understand and need some assistance. 1. So, I start my fast. Then during it if I get hungry, eat 1 of the servings and keep on fasting. When/if I get hungry again, have another serving?

Or….

  1. I’m supposed to fast along with having the 3 servings during the day?

I missed the instructions during the screaming video.
