I missed last week’s check-in, but everything is great!

I am starting week four of my 36/12 fasts. I’m fasting for 36 hrs Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Then, eating within a 12 hour window Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.

I’ve lost around 10 lbs, which is great for me (PCOS and birth control). I still get really cold on my fasting days and a little irritable. Otherwise, I’m finding it easier to fast for 36 hrs. Best part is I only spend half my budgeted grocery money.
