Starting a 5 day tomorrow (monday) thisll be my fourth go at it ( firsst time went three days, second and third reached my goal). It got easier and easier every time, here
s hoping this one is good, I plan to try to incorporate more exercise this time.
I weighed myself yesterday after eating way too much at a games night - 140 at 5’7” which is high for me. Currently 36 hours into a planned 72. I’m hoping to fast on every day without social eating, which unfortunately only gives 2 24 hour fasts on my lifting days next week.
I’m currently bad at not eating in group settings, where I can end up binging and undoing all my fasting progress. It’s really defeating!
