On day 6 of my fast. Did dryfasting first 3 days, now I’m on waterfast. Feeling just fine and I’ve realised that I do not need my stomach full to properly do mentally demanding tasks (I am a programmer). Lost 4.5 kilos so far, from 83.3 kgs
