I would like to try a 24 hour dry fast to see what it’s like. I have been intermittent fasting (16+ hours every day) consistently for a few weeks and I’m on keto. I’ve done 3 48 hour water fasts in that time as well. When I do the dry fast it will be an extension on a 36+ hour water fast. Should I try to consume a lot of electrolytes/sodium during my water fast or is it better not to?
