I always see a ton of advice on what to refeed with, but I never see any actual recipes. Knowing what ingredients make a good refeeding is nice, but knowing how to use those ingredients would be a lot nicer.
I just eat a regular meal. Usually just dinner with family and friends. After my first meal sometimes I’ll have to poo, or feel like I have to poo but no biggie. I don’t get weird stomach aches or anything. Do you guys?
