I was wondering if there was any websites that have good recipes that also break it down into something like a nutrition label or macros. I’m trying to find some good recipes that can be tracked for macros/ sodium intake.
Most websites I look at do. Enough that I couldn’t list them all off. Usually right at the end of the recipe it’s self. If you find ones that don’t, I believe MyFitnessPal has a quick enter option via URL.
www.SkinnyTaste.com She breaks down all of her recipes with macros. I also like that she gives measurements for how much a serving is, instead of just saying the total number of servings on the whole recipe.
Seriouseats . Com is a very popular website for cooking, recipes, food experiments. Etc. I practically learned how to cook from that website many years ago and still refer to it for recipes or ideas. I’ve found that many (not all) of the recipes have nutrition listed at the end.
I would say watch out for recipes that list only volumes and not weights. If you’re really trying to nail down macros then weight is by far more accurate. A cup of flour can very quit a bit in actual quantity depending on how compact is, if it’s been sifted, how level it is, etc. But 100g is always 100g.
