The one that doesn’t necessarily goes into the protocols but mostly explains what it is, the benefits, and how diet and medical dogma has it all wrong?
I’m looking for a good resource to share so I don’t have to reinvent the wheel trying to explain it.
Dorian Wilson has a solid 40min video about it that basically covers all the big subtopics (fasting, electrolytes, refeeding etc) to a somewhat decent depth, and the entire way he cites studies and articles. He explains things in an easy to understand way.
He also has shorter videos (usually 15-30mins) that deep dive each separate part.
