Water with powdered electrolytes (0 cal), zero sweetener flavored sparkling water, a variety of teas, some with caffeine, some without for the afternoon. I invested in some nice teas since I have saved so much money with the diet change. Oh and in my eating window I have some Kombucha 3 or 4 days a week. I may have to brew my own going forward since it’s pricey.
