Question above
It likely means you are having a diet rich in fiber, fat, and protein, Vegetables are low in calories and provide lots of fiber, this delays gastric emptying and keeps you feeling full (satiated) longer. Fat and protein also take more time to digest, fat is the last thing to leave the stomach as it sits on top so this also helps the feeling of feelings satiated.
Your question would be better answered if you provided a food log before you cut your calorie intake compared to what you’re eating now. I hope this helps!
You will gain fat, lose muscles and feels terrible as your body will understand you live in a 1/3 world under famine and war, so it will stock as much fat as it can. Tho yeah you may manage to not feel hungry.
