Yup! I work night shift too. I tend to be flexible with my eating window some days I’ll shorten it (I’m currently doing 16:8). For my first shift back I’ll usually stop eating before my shift starts and won’t eat again until I wake up the next day like you. If I wake up to pee or something and it has been past the 16 hours and I’m hungry I’ll eat a little snack then go back to bed. I just play it by ear when I work and sleep during the day. Minimum fast for me is always 16 hours though.
