got these overnight oats at the grocery store the other day; they looked good and i always struggle with breakfast. Looked at the nutrition and saw a whoooole lot of fat and saturated fat, but looking at the ingredients i dont understand where its coming from! I thought these would be an easy healthy ish breakfast to take to uni with me but should i even eat them? lol
