EPG is not responsible for the difference between calorie count and macros in this case as it’s not listed in the product ingredients. The reason is most likely due to allulose, which contributes to the total carb content but is 0.4kcal/g.
IIRC some brands of lower calorie ice cream use a different kind of fat that is not 9 cal/gram. Nicks ice cream does this.
It is a type of synthetic fat that was pretty recently developed. It’s also the reason why a lot of light ice creams are really expensive
