I would post a picture of the nutrition label but I can’t in this community, but on the nutrition label it says that it has less than 5mg of cholesterol. It is certified vegan, however, and the only ingredient listed is “organic seaweed.” Does seaweed naturally contain cholesterol?!
On another label I saw it showed “<5mg” (i’m not sure if that’s another way of saying zero?)
