Yeah. I presume you are looking at a workaround to being hungry, so you want to fill your belly when something not sweet so you avoid an insulin response?
Anything you put in there has to be dealt with. Basil seeds or chia seeds or any other boring food is still good. Still has calories (these are like 130 per tsp) and have to be churned on by your body.
Ideally, during fasting, you don’t infest calories.
