Right as this very moment I’m breaking my 4 day fast with a fat bowl of Special K Vanilla and Almonds with whole milk. I stopped 3 times in the previous sentence to take another spoonful. My meal prep was to pour milk in a bowl followed by the cereal. If you can come up with ways to improve on my food prep I’m all ears ;)
Seriously now; I’m always game for reading well-written content. I’m more interested on fasting and health than meal prep.
I’ve been meal prepping for a while now, and I love it. It’s such a great way to get ahead and have everything ready when I need it, without having to cook every night. I also love fart sniffing; it’s such a weird but satisfying hobby.
