Goal weight 80 (I don’t know I need to look healthy)
There is a wedding of my friends in 20 days. All my friends whom I havent met in while will be there.
I don’t expect to loose all 35kg.
I just want to look less bloated at least. (I feel bloated, last time when I did omad for a week I felt less bloated and some clothes fit well)
I will begin this routine:
Start with a 72
Then roll 48
With low carb natural food refeeds.
If I break before schedule I will make sure i atleast keep low carb.

Good luck mate. I’ve been Doing a boiled egg diet and the results are crazy. 1kg a day. I’m guessing it’s successful because its pure keto, also 12 eggs are less than 1000 calories.
So I encourage you if you do need to stop fasting temporarily switch to boiled eggs so you can keep losing 1kg a day until you transition back into fasting.
Take a before pic so you can see how far you’ve come at the end.

That’s a pretty ambitious goal. You should be aiming for longer fasts. There is no difference feeling-wise between a 48 hour fast and a 120 hour fast. The longer fast just takes discipline. That’s it.
You should really just do a 17 or 18 day fast. That will give you enough time to refeed before the wedding.
If you do an 18 day fast you’ll probably lose about 30 pounds.
