Aye I hope you hit your mark! Hopefully you be careful. I haven’t done a fast that long but I have done my fair share of longer fasts and I do recommend you take some supplements along the way (Ik it’s not a “true” fast but the total calories is under like ~150 calories so it’s not the worst thing in the world.) I’m going to try a video to this post to better explain the supps. Again BEST OF LUCK AND BE SAFE!

I only did body strength training and slightly less reps than I normally would, but I think because I’m fasting, I’ll need to adjust accordingly.

I’m avoiding cardio because it will might make me feel extra tired
