34M Starting Water Fasting for a Month to Reach My Target Weight of 85 KG

Hello, fellow fasters,

I hope you’re all doing well! I’m a 34-year-old man and I’ve decided to start water fasting again starting today.

My goal is to lose another \~20 KG and reach a weight of (below) 85 KG (Current weight 113 KG, Height 5ft 11 inches).

I have water fasted before and I was successful in losing 22 KG in one month. However, I gained back about 7 KG and then did 1-week water fast, losing 3 KG.

I’m now ready to commit to another month-long water fast to reach my target weight. I did not want to do this sooner but losing all these fats feels wonderful. Most importantly, I have a big surprise for my family as I will be visiting them in the first week of April and I want to show them the amazing results of my hard work.

I already feel lighter, the results are addictive, and I really feel good and confident about myself so why not!!

(The only downside is that I need to buy new clothes soon again!)

This time I am going to daily write about my mood, hunger, activities and all the details and once over, I will share the journal here to help the community.

I wanted to share my journey here and hopefully inspire and motivate others who are also looking to make a change in their lives. If anyone has any tips or advice, I would love to hear from you!

wish you the best of luck! I just started a fast today as well I’m 29 and weigh 93kg I’d like to weigh 80kg by May 28th. you think this is possible? any advice would be amazing seems like you lost a lot in a short amount of time and kept most of it off
