Happy holidays everyone! Today at my weigh-in I finally dipped into my goal weight range (a 5lb range to account for variance). I haven’t seen this weight for over a decade! And I now fit comfortably into my goal weight shirt. It could be a bit looser, but it’s perfectly wearable. 😊
I know I will regain some weight upon refeed, but hopefully I will get more of a buffer before I end my fast Saturday morning. I went down from overweight to normal BMI using IF and extended fasts with moderate exercise. I know these final few pounds will be difficult, but seeing progress gives me hope.

Edit: This is also my longest fast so far (Previous was 7 days). I will probably post an update a week after the fast ends to see how the refeed goes.

My blood sugar gets low without food everyday, how does yours look on these long haul fasts?
Has your doctor talked to you about these big fasts? Not that they have to, I’m just getting more information for when I attempt such a feet.
