Is it your first fast?
Did you go into the fast from a carb heavy diet?
Have you been drinking enough water?
Do you have any underlying health conditions that could interfere with a successful fast?
Have you been doing extra strenuous activities? Replenishing electrolytes after?

There’s lots of questions to ask because there’s lots of reasons it could be happening. It is pretty normal to feel terrible if your body isn’t well adapted to fasting and/or you eat a lot of carbs in your diet. Carb/keto flu is a very real thing and for some (myself included) it was like having an actual flu

I hope you find your reason for feeling terrible and are able to better approach your future fasts and make them more comfortable
