40y/o cells reversed to 17y/o cells??!

https://youtu.be/Rmpi9hnyXaM?t=42m6s

According to this link of the above: Fasting, Ketosis and Stem Cells with Dr Ed Group featuring Dr. David Jockers and Dr. Ed Group, Dr. Ed Group mentioned that a 40y/o fasting for 14 days was able to reverse to cell biomarkers of a 17y/o. Is that possible? Can anyone find that study for me?

And is that normal for majority of the fasters?

If that is possible, what about longer fasts?

Also, what markers are there to measure the reversial of aging besides DNA telomere?

Only similar study I can remember with such a significant change related to cellular age is one showing the immune systems of 55 to 79yr olds were essentially reversed to those of a 20 year old, through regular cycling (thymus was producing as many T-cells).

Quite incredible, so it seems to me we can have profound changes to our cellular health through relatively simple biohacking.

Two interesting studies:

I’d love to know more about this 14 day trial and what happened afterwards. Did the participants biomarkers return to normal, for instance? What was his diet like before?

Just so you’re all aware this is the guy who was teamed up with Infowars to sell their snake oil supplements. Take everything he says with a huge grain of salt because odds are it’s quackery. He’s a chiropractor…

I know, it kinda sounded too good to be true. However I assume that he was talking about that particular case. We normal people might get a little bit less of that benefit he mentioned up there.

The time stamp brings you to exactly the point where he talks about that. And the video is totally worth listening to.
