I am not new to IF. I’ve been doing it for 4 years. It is not unusual for me to go 16-24 hours without food. 180 cm / 5’11 height, 35, current weight 84.4 kg /186 lb. I have no chronic conditions.
I started my fast almost at 11 PM Sunday, and I felt completely normal the whole 72 hours. No tiredness, no dizziness, no irritability, no muscle soreness, no foggy mind. I consumed salt and magnesium daily.
Then, this morning, I woke up feeling a little bit tired, and my muscles felt sore just from lifting my arms to put on my scarf, but I thought it was normal, given the fast. I wasn’t so tired that I felt it was worth breaking the fast for. Then, 20 minutes later, I’m sitting in a bus and spontaneously started sweating, A LOT. I wiped my forehead and my whole hand was wet, as if I was working out! By chest felt warm as well. My fingertips became cold, I started feeling nauseous, suddenly my heart started beating strong. My mouth became dry though I drank a tall glass of water just before I left my home. I skipped going to work today (I did not do any form of exercise during the fast. I have a job where I sit the whole shift). I bought some potato chips and ate 5-6 pieces because I assumed I was hypoglycemic and needed something to raise my blood sugar, and because of the salt. I barely got home. If I stood I was out of breath and needed to sit down or I felt that I would faint. Now after eating, I feel great again.
So, any tips or insights for my next attempt? It is my assumption that it’s hypoglycemia, but maybe it’s something you guys know more about? Overall, I am happy with the progress during the fast. I lost around 7 pounds with water weight, and my stomach shrunk. My jawline became more defined, my skin looks tighter on my face and the pimples under my skin on my forehead vanished.
Theories and tips are welcome.

Your health is your wealth, please spend some time investigating this so. I would not fast at all until this is seen to. It is not worth it.

It may have been a panic attack, it may have been (as you suggested) your blood glucose, what if you are prediabetic and don’t know it? Please please please take care of yourself, it sounds like a very stressful experience and cost you time at work.
It’s difficult to know if you were low in electrolytes and dehydrated, having a heart attack, or something else.
Always break a fast if you don’t feel well.
Double the sodium intake next time to see if that helps. Take magnesium daily forever, regardless of fasting
