Any females w/PCOS insulin resistant or hypothyroidism?

I’m 29, currently 20 weeks pregnant so not fasting YET. I’m waiting until baby is born.

I’m On my 2nd of back to back pregnancies, found out I have hypothyroidism at my 6 week postpartum check, possible pcos insulin resistant (will find out for certain after baby #3 is born)

Currently gestational diabetic

I hold onto every pound from each pregnancy(3 total) despite being in a calorie deficit and being active ( I yo-yo between 10-15lbs)

The only time I’ve had successful weight loss was when I was on adhd medication, I had lost about 30lbs within a couple months due to not eating/unknowingly starving myself in an unhealthy way. I no longer take that medication.

Just trying to get some insight, I’m new to fasting but I’m hoping it will help me heal, get down to a healthy weight and overall improve my energy.

In total I’ve probably gained about 100lbs since having my first child at 18 until now age 29 & 20wks pregnant with my third baby. Im ashamed, I’m lost, I’m depressed, I don’t even recognize myself anymore!

Answer

I absolutely cannot lose weight unless i take supplements for my insulin resistant and blood sugar. Whether its metformin, turmeric, apple cider vinegar. And is only still sped up to normal with daily exercise.
