I have watched some videos on IF and alot of people said that it’s not for teens. I’m F(19), 75kgs (around 165lbs) and my height is 161cms (5’3) Is it safe for me?

What sold me on IF was realizing this is how humans ate not that long ago. 3 (or more) meals a day is a modern invention to sell more food. So, it is my opinion that’s it’s perfectly fine for teenagers.
Speak to a dietician and endocrinologist. As a type 1 diabetic, I wouldn’t wish this life on anyone. IF could help, but you likely need to get below the overweight range and change your diet. I wish you well.
