Hi all, been very happy with 16/18 hour fasts Any tips for ramping things up to 20 hours and then moving to OMAD in a month or so?

Schedule something to keep you busy 10-2 ish if 20h means you’re skipping lunch. Also really pound water around then. Also coffee helps a lot.
The grehlin spike will go away in the early afternoon and you’ll sail through to supper.
I eat the first meal. Then, 3 hours in, eat the second meal. It gives an hour to eat the food and get more in if needed (instead of feeling rushed through eating).
Also, don’t drink water with your meals. Or just sips. It doesn’t water down your stomach juices so they can digest well (instead of filling up with water during your shorter window, not eating as much, and being hungry later.
