Wow that’s almost EXACTLY what I’m doing this week.
My plan for Feb is to do at least one 72h fast a week til I lose the last 2kgs. It’s helped me break through my month-long plateau so I know it works.
There isn’t a lot of science in benefits of prolong fasts. There is a lot of science in consuming less calories than burning them. While fasting can be a tool of reducing calorie consumption, it isn’t a sustainable way of living…Unless you have known health issues, you will probably survive, otherwise consult your doctor (for real!!!).
