I walk 4 miles a day when dry fasting. Walked as much as 8 miles before. I’ve been experimenting with bfrt and doing some high rep work while wearing the bands. Too soon for me to tell if it’s working. I plan to do it this current dry fast as well as the water fast I will transition into, but not this weekend as I have lots of stuff to do outside. I don’t want to do too much.

There’s a guy with a website who advocates working out with dry fasting. He targets very heavy people and his protocol seems a bit intense - plus he’s selling stuff. The point of my bringing it up is that plenty of people work out when dry fasting. I think it’s worse to not do anything. It drives me nuts mentally- we weren’t meant to rest in the absence of food and water. We were meant to go find them.

It’s doable mostly walking. I did the challenge last year “ 88/8 “ where I mega hydrated and then dry fasted while walking 10 plus miles a day. I felt great but it’s definitely work go easy and make sure someone’s home or nearby

A lot of young people talk about working out on their dry fast. I guess if you have the energy or urgency then why not try it. I tend to rest during, but then again I’m usually trying to heal something and need the down time.
