Answer

Insomnia is common when fasting. We take the Reset Calm sleep electrolytes (Amazon) that really help. Has magnesium glycinate, melatonin, chamomile, GABA & L-Theanine to help get and keep us asleep.

Answer

It is very common. I double my magnesium (one pill in the morning + one one hour before bed) and am more cautious about nighttime routine (cut blue screens/activities/music listening) one hour before bed, caffeine for a good eight hours. Melatonin is also helpful

Answer

I commented on another post earlier today - this is a widely experienced symptom. Melatonin! You can get it over the counter. It’s a chemical produced by your pineal gland naturally in response to an inverse of light, so the synthetic version encourages sleep in the same way. It’s not a cure, but I helps me!

Answer

Only thing i can suggest that i started doing and it’s only worked 50%. I found an organic tea at Walmart called sleepy time with a bunch of stuff in it besides chamomile. I boil like several quarts of water and make like 6 bags at once. Cool it down and refrigerate for bed time.
