Lost a lot of weight on IF over the past several months. Recently my schedule is a bit off and it’s not as easy to stick with my routine. An app would be cool. Ideally it would have.
Any thoughts or ideas?
I’ve just started fasting and I really like this app called Fastic. You have to pay to track weight and what you ate, but theres other free apps for that, like Myfitnesspal. Fastic pretty much just has a timer and water intake, but has some other great motivation tools too
