I’m looking for an app to use where I can log what I eat each day but also add notes. I’m new to IF and losing weight so I’d like to keep notes of what works (or doesn’t work) for me.
It doesn’t have to be an app specifically for IF or even food in general, I’m currently just using my notes app but I thought I’d ask to see if anyone uses something similar.
I use myfitnesspal’s website and cellphone app. I like to build my food log in advance for the day ahead so I could have a plan to follow and stay on track and it allows me to see where the nutrition needs adjusting for more or less. For the timing of it. I used to use my cellphone alarms to go off when I needed to start or stop eating
