Are one 24h Dry Fast a week enough to help with loose skin and skin health in general?

I’m already doing that. Today I finished my second 24 hours dry fast (I do it every friday to saturday between the lunch meals).

At the same time I’m trying to keep my normal 18/6 IF schedule (two meals a day) and some days OMAD on the rest of the week.

It’s enough to help me tightening my saggy skin on my stomach? I know that it isn’t something that will disappear overnight, but since I can’t afford to do any other kinds of extended fasts at the moment due to social reasons, I’d like to know if this somehow will make things going forward on that matter, even if it’s a little slower than doing regular 2/3 days drying fastings.

I’m also focusing on improving my sleep and doing hiit training every other day (burpees, jumping rope, sprints) since they’re known to improve growth hormome wich can improve skin health and make it tighter and more elastic.

Have you consider improving your digestive system so that during a fast, more focus can be placed onto skin repair rather than the gastrointestinal.

here’s a link on helpful foods

this tea is very helpful, if the taste is too much, orange zest and honey on the side help

once you get used to bitter foods, a great adult beverage paired with tangerine makes it more enjoyable
