If chicken or seafood doesn’t work you could try different types of ground turkey to get more variety however I don’t see any big drawbacks just make sure the rest of your diet is balanced to compensate
1lb of red meat every day is far above the recommended amounts and going to increase risk of disease and death
“Isocaloric substitution of 3% energy from plant protein for red meat protein was associated with lower total (HR, 0.66; 95% CI, 0.55-0.80), cancer-related (HR, 0.61; 95% CI, 0.45-0.82), and CVD-related (HR, 0.58; 95% CI, 0.39-0.86) mortality;”

A 34-42% reduction in CVD/cancer/total mortality per substitution of 3% total calories from red meat to plant protein and you’re getting around 33% of your calories from red meat… Eat some beans or tofu
>which at least to me makes them useless.
There’s no evidence red meat from McDonald’s is worse than the ground beef you get at the store. Burden of proof is on you to prove those studies are useless
Eat away man, all that red meat nonsense is bullshit. The same people who think red meat is bad for you, are the same people who munch on poptarts and junk food. Keep that diet consisting of fatty meats. Keep those omega 3s high, sardines are really good for you. Get most of your carbs from fruits. limit grains as they cause a lot of bloating. Rice and potato’s are ok. Cook all of your meat with real butter. Just keep doing what you are doing! You’ll become more knowledgeable as you go along!
