Normally I’ll fast 18:6 or 20:4 sometimes 5-7 days a week. Most of the time 6. What should I eat in my off time to really kickstart my nutrition. I really need to be better about that portion of it. Any advice and suggestions kindly recommended.

A great place to start is just by eating more whole foods. If you have the means and time, buy whole ingredients and make them into meals. Eat less things that come out of packages or from a restaurant. This gives you a lot more control over what’s going into the food you eat and in turn going into you. I always recommend sheet pan recipes as a quick simple way to cook up a protein, some veggies, and try to pair it with a good complex carb.
I don’t understand the question. Are you asking if you should do 18:6 seven days a week? Or, are you asking how much healthy food should you eat on the 7th day if you only do 18:6 for 6 days a week?
