I did 5 days last week, at 2 days, now doing 5 days again this week. Does anyone have explore this type of fasting? I’ve done lots of 48 and 72 and a few 100 but not every week.
There was a guy posted in the last week about it. He’d had two strokes and lost a BUNCH of weight only eating on weekends. Inspired me to get ahead of the strokes. I’m fasting Monday-Tuesday and Thursday-Friday.
