Anyone have a preferred vitamin regimen to go with on fasting days? I see people say different things they take but I’m wondering if there is a go to vitamin set that could go with to start with. Very new to IF and still researching and learning.
I take vitamin D because I’m recovering from a pretty severe deficiency, a multivitamin for general purposes, and an Omega 3 because that seems to be a generally good idea for someone who doesn’t like fish. I also take a fiber supplement because I don’t generally get enough fiber and plant sterols because I’m trying to improve my cholesterol levels.
