What is the best vitamin D product in the uk?
I’ve found various websites that give rankings, it’s hard to know which one to choose.
I know the UK isn’t known for suny days, but that would be a good way to get your Vitamin D, and it’s free.
If you’re set on taking a supplement, know that there are different types of Vitamin D. Look up the bio-availability of each to know how much you’re actually getting into your system. And remember, the body is more complicated than x vitamin and y vitamin. It works as a system. So don’t skimp on getting the rest of your vitamins and minerals.
Not a UK resident and don’t know other brand then HealthSpan, just got their Vitamin D from them, but it was more of a convince as it where I usually get my protein powder. Their prices is also better compared to some Danish brands.
